My name is Drew. I have been in the coffee industry for seven years now. I love being behind the bar and working the front lines of the business. Coffee changes lives, it might sound contrite or cliche, but major conversations and events centrally happen around a humble cup of coffee.

I love the culture that is connected with coffee. The shops, the people, the baristas, and the workers behind the scenes all work together to create an experience that many people include in their daily lives.

I can constantly be found in a the atsmosphere of a coffee shop. Whether it be the independently owned shop below my work or the Starbucks near my home, they know me by name and I love spending my time writing and learning more and more about coffee.

I hope to someday own my own consulting business. My goal is to show others how important and central coffee can be in communities. It is a passion close to my heart and I love educating people and learning myself.
